We are a multidisciplinary health and fitness facility, offering services in physiotherapy, massage therapy, and fitness training. Our team is dedicated to helping you achieve optimal health and strength through evidence-informed methods. We offer several options for our members including one-on-one private coaching sessions, group training sessions, and high performance and professional athlete training.
An athlete’s success lies within their foundation. Movement behaviour is just that. MPC welcomes all new training athletes to our faculty. The goal is to have each individual quickly understand the performance training environment.
When understood, an athlete’s timeline, for development, is crucial. MPC works backward from the competition date, meaning the athletes’ program will be managed accurately and efficiently.
Preventing injury is imperative. MPC training Athletes’ can only be successful if available and ready. Combining a multidisciplinary staff and a measured approach determines this result.

Each of our clients are taken through an extensive biomechanical and metabolic assessment which enables us to identify muscular imbalances, movement pattern dysfunction and cardiovascular capacity. This information is used to design and implement a strength and conditioning program based on individual needs. Following an evidence-based approach, our specialists deliver a safe and efficient program to unlock physiological potential, reduce the risk of injury and increase both physical and workplace performance.
Movement Performance Centre offers private training sessions, where clients are methodically taken through their individualized training program by our certified fitness coach. For those that benefit from the motivation of training with others, group training sessions are led by our strength specialists with a constant consideration for individual needs and goals as identified by the initial assessment. Our high performance athlete program includes sport-specific training programs to help our athletes prepare for their respective sport during the offseason. This allows them to begin the season in peak physical condition, enhancing performance and reducing the risk of injury.
Before starting any journey, we need to understand where you are, what you have already done, and the primary targets and limitations. Each individual begins with a comprehensive health and fitness assessment.
By the end, you will know your body composition, functional movement behaviour, agility, strengths and current limitations. We will work with you to build an individualized plan to help you realize your personal goals and achieve your peak athletic success without ethical compromise.
